Wacker Chemie has for almost a century operated a hydro-electricity plant to provide power to its main manufacturing plant at Munichh, Germany.

A section of the plant is the concrete channel which distributes water to and from the turbines.
As the channels are of advanced age, the concrete surface required repair to maintain hydraulic efficiency.

ITL’s Aquaseal and Polyfill was chosen as the solution to be utilised in remediating the channels.
